Good MondaYoga, From Breath to Balance: My Morning Yoga Story

I had a minor surgery with about 8 stitches on my arm 10 days back, but the early morning adventure did not stop with my Yoga. I tried to do every asana possible without using my right hand at certain angles. Now, it back to almost normal, so the morning routine to take the full strength.

I do what is needed for a professional life to be active and allows it to balance personal life. What does that include.

I kick things off with Basrika, those fiery breaths that wake me up better than coffee. Then comes Surya Namaskaram—my way of saying hello to the sun, stretching into the day with ease.

Next, I do bit of Sukshma Vyayamam, those gentle moves that remind me the body needs care. Breathing deep, I slide into Pranayama, where the world slows down and my thoughts calm down and disappear some times giving space for myself only. And just when I think I might float away, I ground myself with Vrikshasana—standing tall like a tree—and Tadasana, the pose helps being active the whole day.

It’s playful, it’s grounding, and it’s my daily reset button. Sharing this flow because sometimes the best stories are told not in words, but in breath and balance.
