What I am going to cover the topics?

• HR Function Outsourcing (HRFO) : The concept that I invented and pioneered over 25 years. The way you look at your Start-up Small and Medium businesses and grow using people capabilities. With my experiences over 25 years with those businesses and their leaders. What really transpired during our interactions and how we were able to solve or prepare the organisations for future.
• SME IPO : India is a land of opportunities for Start-up Small & Medium Businesses who want to raise money through the public markets. Husys my Second baby (often i refer as 2nd because built it from scratch) was the 22nd Listed and the first from HR on National Stock Exchange EMERGE Platform in 2016. Before that I was also on the forgotten Institutional Trading Platform Listed (ITP on NSE). more when we catchup !!!
• Sports Dad : This is a special recognition that one gets when your child is a sports star and the most liked I would say, as I was able to directly contribute to the “National Flag” . I know probably the sports and forces directly represent the Flag always. Myself and Praveena always proud that we helped Meghana Reddy Gundlapally to make a dent into a relatively unknown sports from India to the world. So any experiences of that journey over a Decade & the sports network that we built globally, happy to share more !!!!
• Global Employment & Mobility : My life with Husys has been a part-2 where I promoted and pioneered the very concept of Professional Employment Organisation (PEO) or The Employer of Records (EOR) in India. Today its a household name for many businesses who claim to be in that business. Of course, Billions of Dollars business that happens now. This also helped in building the “Remote Employment” model since 2001
• Outplacement : The very less known in India, I am happy to have helped the global Outplacement is introduced. I would love to share my 2 decades of experience of Outplacement in India and the Services provided. More than the services, the experiences that I gained and shared my knowledge with larger people functions and the HR Heads across the country.
• Career Guidance : My journey through writing the Monday column for the largest circulated daily of India for over 9 years in helping the students to take the right decisions to pursue their studies further. Not just only that with my TV appearances lives also impacted so many people to choose what they like. My “1st Job” book in 2005 was one of the first one to have focused on helping to achieve the first job for many. More you can expect to support in future !!!!!

So there is more to share, but how to structure and present is the key. I am trying to learn to Share my Learning to mutual GRowth.
